"Tom" Giannopoulos is the CEO of MICROS, the company that provides a large portion of service automation to restaurants and retailers worldwide. If you visit the MICROS web site, you'll note that his mobile phone number and e-mail address are at the bottom of the home page. In this interview with Gus Sentementes, he reveals that it is really his contact information and there have been times he has taken calls from customers at 3:00 am.
